Lying on your back with your knees bent, gently rotate your spine as you move your knees to the side and then reverse directions and move your knees to the other side. Repeat as you move through a comfortable range of motion.

While lying on your back, use your hands and gently draw up a knee towards your chest. Keep your other knee straight and lying on the ground.

HAMSTRING STRETCH WITH TOWEL

While lying down on your back, hook a towel or strap under your foot and draw up your leg until a stretch is felt along the backside of your leg. Keep your knee in a straightened position during the stretch.

While Lying on your back, hold your knees and gently pull them up towards your chest.

While lying on your back with your leg crossed over your knee, use your hand and push the crossed knee away from you as shown.

HIP STRETCH – IR FLEX ADD – SEATED

Start by sitting on a chair with one leg crossed so that your ankle on one leg is on top of the thigh of the other leg. Next, pull the top knee up and towards your midline for a gentle stretch to your buttock and hip. Hold and then return to starting position and repeat.
